A leading international law firm specialising in innovative, commercial solutions to the most complex issues are looking to recruit an associate to join the finance group, sitting within the structured and asset finance team but enjoying a broad range of finance work.

The structured and asset finance group is part of the firm's global finance practice. Each of the finance teams (banking, restructuring and insolvency, structured and asset and projects) provide a focus on particular market sectors, both in terms of understanding the market and identifying the targets for business.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Our client is seeking lawyers who have an interest in structured and/or asset finance but are happy to take on other finance related work too.
While some specialisation is inevitable in response to the demands of clients (and often the preference of the associates), the firm encourages its finance lawyers to think broadly. This approach makes better and more imaginative lawyers and helps the firm meet the continued demands of market convergence.
As an associate in the group you can expect to receive work from a range of partners.

You will possess a keen interest and relevant experience in structured asset finance.
