THE CORPORATION
As one of the leading and most high profile investment houses in Dubai, this company focuses on private equity and real estate investments both in the UAE and internationally, from North America to Asia. Over the last 12 months, this company has seen its portfolio grow to over several $billion.

THE TEAM
You will be joining one of a number of divisions of the investment group reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

THE WORK
The group focuses on three sectors: financial services, consumer goods and industrial. You should expect to work for a blue chip client base under tight deadlines and take responsibility for assignments varying in terms of content and complexity.

ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced, high quality corporate lawyer at a top tier corporate or private equity practice of a leading City law firm in a major financial centre. You will be 4-6 years’ UK PQE (or equivalent) with top academics and training. With excellent transactional experience you will be very much a “hands on” lawyer and at the same time will demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

PACKAGE
Salary: Up to £140,000 per annum + benefits
