Our client, a successful City law firm who are market leaders in their fields of expertise have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to oversee all people and development matters for both London Offices. Working in this entrepreneurial environment, you will have overall responsibility for recruitment, retentions, training & development, compensation benefits, employee relations, appraisals etc… Reporting into the practice manager you will be responsible for supporting 100 staff, settling up HR processes and procedures, pro-actively managing all HR matters. Candidates with previous legal experience, a 2.1 degree or above and excellent written and oral communication skills will be considered.
