The Tax team offers the full range of strategic tax planning services, advising corporate clients and individuals on structuring their tax affairs and transactions in the most efficient way.

The firm is highly entrepreneurial in its approach. In fact, it’s growing so impressively in its core corporate, private equity, finance and real estate areas that a raft of absorbing new work – and this new associate role - has become available.


The Opportunity:

You will be involved in a range of cutting-edge work in a respected corporate tax team .
You will also be involved in driving the practice forward – as well as developing your career.

As well as providing a transactional service, the Tax department are also actively involved in discrete, market-leading share schemes and employment tax related work. Although your caseload will have a share scheme bias, there is flexibility within the team and you’ll also have the chance to take on a range of other top level work.

Recruitment Requirements:

The firm is looking for a person who is happy to consider flexible working as well as full-time. The right candidate will ideally have a grounding in a UK private practice, though could also be working in-house, with a major accounting firm or remuneration consultancy.
