We are looking for exceptional associates to join our London corporate practice to focus on energy related transactions.

Our Corporate team operates across the firm’s network of offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Our clients encompass national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies and many leading European and US financial institutions.

The successful candidate should have 5+ years’ good M&A transactional experience in this sector and have been exposed to a range of transactions in the energy sector. In particular, the candidate will have worked on a range of oil and gas matters and have good industry knowledge.
