Our discreet Tax team has a need to recruit an additional share schemes lawyer into the employee benefits team. By way of background our employee benefits team sits within the Corporate Tax group (as distinct from pensions) which is itself part of the larger Corporate Group. We would be delighted to hear from individuals who either currently specialise just in this area, or wish to going forwards, and also from individuals who may wish to combine an employee benefits role with some more general corporate tax experience.
