Our integrated Employment & Benefits department comprises some of the market's leading practitioners and has 57 fee earning lawyers in London, including 10 partners and 9 trainees. Each of the three areas are dealt with by specialists who focus specifically on Employment, Pensions and Incentives. Our lawyers deal with boardroom disputes, employee discrimination, executive remuneration and tax issues, complex pension arrangements or complex cross-border transactional issues.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an associate to join our Incentives team in London. You will have the opportunity to be involved with a broad range of work in relation to employee share plans, employee tax and global share plans. You will also be an integral part of the transaction team on corporate deals.

Key Requirements

We are looking for high quality qualified associates with strong incentives experience. You will have outstanding academic credentials with sound practical experience, good business judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
