Extremely rare and exciting opportunity to become head of legal at this leading aviation lessor. This is a newly created position which would ideally suit a highly motivated self starter who is confident working autonomously, albeit with support and back up from the parent company if required. Key responsibilities will be preparing and negotiating lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, novations, aircraft deliveries/closings, and finance documentation at an operational level. Additionally you will need to handle relevant commercial and regulatory matters.
