On behalf of our well respected client, we are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head up a busy Dept in central London.

Due to an expansion of this well known London firm. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced city property Solicitor with a min of 7 years experience in UK property to take on this challenge and to lead from example in this Salaried Partner role.

The ideal applicant will be a current UK property Partner or Solicitor experienced in managing a department as well as your own clients and caseload. You will possess excellent communication skills combined with a great Face-to-face and telephone manner. The successful applicant will also have a proven ability to work well and manage a team on their own initiative and under little or no supervision.

Current Commercial Property Partners are encouraged to apply as this may fast track to an initial Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.

Role

With full team and secretarial support provided, you will be required to manage the day to day running of the department directing a full range of commercial property matters. You will also be required to have a proactive approach to obtaining new contracts of work as well as servicing the needs of existing clients.

Candidate

* A Proven history of UK Commercial property experience.
* An in-depth knowledge of U.K Property Law
* The ability to think outside the circle to attract, manage and maintain new and existing clientele.
* An existing client following.
* Previous experience in a similar position running a team would be an advantage.

Salary to £100,000 + good rates of commission will be awarded to reflect experience and potential.

Start Date - ASAP
