Everyone in our firm has the opportunity to develop professionally, be recognised for their commitment and rewarded for their contribution.

We are creating an `identifiably different` brand in the UK legal market. Wherever you are in our dynamic business, in whatever team, you’re encouraged to let your own style and personality shine through.

Our dedicated financial services team sits within our Corporate Division and deals with commercial and regulatory advice, as well as corporate support work on transactions in the financial services sector. The financial regulation team acts for financial service providers and distributors of financial products in relation to product terms, financial promotions, terms and conditions, business structure, the Financial Services and Markets Act and FSA rules. It advises banks, life companies, fund managers, IFAs and others in the financial services sector on their products and their sale to customers, including the underlying commercial agreements. The team also acts on the establishment and operation of regulated investment funds. There are currently 3 partners and 9 associates in the financial regulation team. The financial regulation team also plays a key part in the Corporate Division's wider plans for strong growth in the financial services sector. As such, this role offers opportunities to play a significant role in business development activities.
