Salary: Competitive

Addleshaw Goddard is a Top 15 law firm with over 180 partners and 1200 employees but we’re more than simply one of the UK’s most successful law firms. We have a great client portfolio, a clear growth strategy and culture that is open, honest and determined to succeed. We are creating an `identifiably different` brand in the UK legal market. Wherever you are in our dynamic business, in whatever team, you’re encouraged to let your own style and personality shine through.

Following a continuing increase in client instructions we are looking to further expand our Leveraged Finance team in London.

The Role

• This team acts for major funders, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in relation to UK and cross-border syndicated lending and leveraged finance transactions.
