Our client is seeking a Mutual Fund Lawyer to join their elite team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of Cayman's leading law firms that specializes in corporate law and high-net-worth private clients.

Draft and review Private Placement Memorandums in connection with the establishment of Investment Companies. Draft, review and negotiate contracts. Advise in matters such as company/corporate law, regualtory, and supervisory matters. Support the corporate administrator incorporations and drafting resolutions.

- 8-10 years PQE - expereince with incorporation, liquidiation, and litigation.
