The Firm
Our client is a busy firm specialising in Personal Injury, Family/Civil Litigation and Non-Contentious matters. They are highly respected and renowned for their expertise in these areas.

The Role
They currently have an opportunity for a Solicitor to work in their Personal Injury department. The department consists of 2 Partners, 4 Lawyers and 6 secretaries.

Requirements
* The ideal candidate should have claimant PI experience and an excellent understanding of matters arising from multi track/fast track claims including EL, OL, RTA, Industrial Injuries and Product Liability.
* It is essential that the candidate has experience of Conditional Fee Agreements/Legal Expenses Insurance. Supervisory and excellent communication skills are desirable.
* It would also be desirable for the successful applicant to have knowledge of Employment Law, Marketing expertise and Panel status would be advantageous.
