They have seen continued growth over the past few years, and currently have a great opportunity for a Solicitor with 3 years+ pqe of Wills, Trust & Probate matters.


Requirements
Successful applicants will have experience of drafting simple and complex wills, general probates, setting up and administering trusts, and elderly client work including Enduring Powers of Attorney. Experience of Court of Protection or taxation work would be an advantage. Good IT skills and the ability to deliver a high standard of client care are also essential for this position. You will also have experience in managing own caseload, marketing and team management.
