They therefore now have a great opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor at a senior level with experience in mergers, acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses, intellectual property, and joint ventures. A working knowledge of employment law would also be helpful in advising on commercial agreements.   The successful candidate will be technically strong with excellent client facing skills and the ambition to join a firm which is at the forefront of commercial law in the South East.   Location should be important as the firm is looking to make a long term commitment and candidates will be looking for a balance of city quality work in a very desirable location.  We would like to speak to solicitors with a background in a London or large regional practice who are ready for the next phase of their career. Candidates must have trained with a UK law firm or have gained experience working as a fee earner in a UK firm.
