Our Leveraged Finance team is one of the market leaders in the debt financing of public to private takeovers. Acting for senior lenders, mezzanine lenders and venture capitalists the team is involved in all aspects of the leveraged financing of public and private company acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and other institutional buyouts in the UK and internationally. The team has also established itself as one of the leading practices in the debt financing of public to private takeovers acting for senior and mezzanine debt providers. The team also offers legal advice to financiers delivering solutions where the offering consists of a combination of senior, mezzanine, subordinated and equity funding. The national team has been involved in a number of major leveraged deals including the £955m public to private offer for Arcadia, the £940m offer for Littlewoods plc, £300m MBI of Peter Black Holdings plc and the £135m MBO of Octagon Developments. We seek a to recruit solicitors with a minimum of 3 year's experience of leveraged finance or general banking.
