The Financial Services group of our highly rated Financial Markets Department is looking to appoint a regulatory associate. The team undertakes technical and complex financial services and markets regulatory work for a wide range of clients, including brokerage houses, investment exchanges, investment banks, commodity traders, asset management companies and other financial institutions operating in the UK and international financial markets.

The range of work on offer includes advising on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FSA regulations, strategic regulatory issues, market infrastructure and derivatives and commodity trading documentation.

We are looking for bright and ambitious candidates with solid regulatory experience and a self starting, 'can do' approach. The successful candidate is likely to have at least 3 years' experience of this type of work. Excellent academics are essential.
