The Private Equity sector is undergoing a radical shake up. As the global economy continues to fluctuate and regulators call for greater openness and public engagement the impact on Private Equity firms and how they will function in this changing market cannot be underestimated.
The Walker Report is set to be the biggest upheaval to hit the private equity sector in over 5 years and this conference will examine in detail the implications facing companies as they strive to meet new guidelines for greater transparency and openness.
