Trowers & Hamlins has hired a new partner for its public sector commercial team, with the hire of Karen Andrews from Nabarro. Andrews joins Trowers’ Manchester office. She specialises in property aspects of public sector and corporate projects. The appointment follows the hire of banking and finance partner Paul Flood from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and pensions partner Martin McFall from regional firm Asb Law, who joined the firm’s London office at the beginning of the year
