Taylor Wessing beefs up Germany with tax hire

Taylor Wessing has boosted its German tax practice with the addition of Bert Kimpel as a partner. Kimpel has joined from professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he had been a senior manager in the financial services tax group since 2006. Kimpel focuses on funds structuring, tax-effective acquisition finance, loss utilisation strategies and creating tax-optimised investment concepts on all national and cross-border deals.
