The decision to elect the two was taken at a partner meeting on Saturday (17 May) and is effective immediately.
The duo take over from Matthias Blaum and Christof Jaeckle, who are based in Duesseldorf and
Stephan, a corporate and M&A partner and former secondee with Slaughters, is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He became a partner at Hengeler in 1994.

Hengeler Mueller operates a management structure with two managing partners, one in each of its principal offices
The news comes after Slaughters installed a new senior management team earlier this year, with former corporate chief Chris Saul stepping up to replace Tim Clark as senior partner from 1 May. The elite
