Norton Rose has announced the promotion of 21 associates to of counsel. The role, which was launched two years ago, was created as an alternative career track to making partner. The promotions follow the firm’s recent promotion of 16 new partners. London has taken the lion’s share with eight promotions. Milan, Bahrain and Warsaw each saw two promotions, while Shanghai, Singapore, Munich, Beijing, Paris, Frankfurt and Dubai saw one apiece.
