Clare Deanesly joins the City outfit from
Anne-Marie Winton joins up the firm’s pensions team from national giant Pinsent Masons, where she was also a partner. Her broad practice covers issues including acquisitions and disposals, benefit redesign, and corporate restructurings.
Commenting on the hires, Nabarro senior partner Simon Johnston (pictured) said: “I have no doubt [Deanesly and Winton] will both make great contributions to our growing pensions and environment practices, where we have seen a considerable increase in work over the last two years."
