LG makes Marke with technology and IP hire

London firm LG has hired Richard Marke as a partner to bolster its commerce and technology practice. Marke joins from Travers Smith where he specialised in intellectual property and IT matters. In the past he has advised on transactions including the acquisition of the pay-per-view rights for Premier League football matches. He has also worked with clients such as Baring Private Equity Partners.
