Maclay Murray & Spens has sealed a takeover of the corporate and real estate teams of Aberdeen practice Iain Smith & Co. The move, which goes live from 1 May, will see four partners, 11 solicitors and a number of support staff transfer from Iain Smith to Maclays’ Aberdeen office.
