The consultation, which will start next week (22 July), will look at the 165 staffed volume business divisions - recently rebranded as d3 – as the firm looks set to reduce its headcount by approximately 70.
The re-mortgage, Home Information Packs and conveyancing teams are all likely to be hit; however, the repossessions and loss recovery team will not be affected.
The consultation, which is likely to affect only a handful of lawyers, will last for approximately 45 days and close at the end of August.
