MoFo hires Tokyo IP partner from rival firm

Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) has hired Tokyo-based intellectual property (IP) partner Yukihiro Terazawa from rival US firm O’Melveny & Myers. Terazawa, who represents technology and entertainment clients in corporate and technology transactions, also handles both international and domestic Japanese IP litigation. Terazawa has joined the firm’s Tokyo office and will practise with the firm’s local joint venture partner, Ito & Mitomi.
