Edwards Angell appoints new managing partner

US firm Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge has appointed Walter Reed as its new managing partner, taking over from co-heads Terrence Finn and Charles DeWitt. Reed is a corporate partner and specialises in M&A, joint ventures, partnerships and private equity investments. He joined the firm in 1981 and has served on its executive committee for 11 years.
