Rawlinson has brought in 14 new partners to Freshfields’ interview panel, each of whom will commit at least 100 hours a year to interviewing candidates and liaising with universities.
They are: John Blain; Gillian Eastwood; Chris Forsyth; Kathleen Healy; Andrew Hutchings; Simon Johnson; Emma Kendall; Marcus MacKenzie; Flora McLean; Alex Mitchell; Raj Parker; Nigel Rawding; Ben Spiers; and Claire Wills.
The programme had previously been overseen by partners including Forsyth and the retired trio of Guy Whalley, Tom Head and Ben Staveley had also been involved in recent times.
Rawlinson has scheduled an away day with the trainee recruitment partners for later in the year and will liaise with associates and current trainees about how the firm can best attract talent.
