Winter joined Orrick today (4 February) after 23 years with Jones Day and legacy City practice Gouldens. The departure will be seen as notable as Winter was one of Jones Day’s highest profile corporate partners and was instrumental in Gouldens’ decision to merge with Jones Day in 2003.

Her recent deals at Jones Day include advising AgCert on its main market listing and Hansteen Holdings, Carluccios and Plexus on their floats on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
