Collyer Bristow has formally announced that it will litigate against banks. The London-based firm’s financial disputes group, spearheaded by Stephen Rosen, Steven Loble and Steven Heffer, plans to fill the gap caused by larger firms being conflicted out of acting against banks. The firm predicts an increase of bank-on-bank litigation as the impact of the credit crunch kicks in and will join the likes of Barlow Lyde & Gilbert and Manches, which have taken the stance to sue banks.
