The arrival of Kennedy – who has experience in complex insurance and reinsurance litigation and arbitration – comes shortly after the capture by Clyde & Co of reinsurance litigation partner Michael Knoerzer from Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Knoerzer, who worked with Kennedy at legacy firm LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae before Kennedy moved to Odyssey, joined the top 20
