Bird & Bird has strengthened its Brussels office with the hire of Linklaters’ local intellectual property (IP) head Jean-Christophe Troussel. Troussel, who joined the firm as a partner on 3 September, has more than 17 years’ experience working on litigation in patent, trademark, domain name and unfair competition disputes, as well as IP-related issues on M&A transactions.
