DLA Piper has launched a dedicated energy team in Cologne with the hire of Michael Cieslarczyk, who joins from White & Case. Cieslarczyk joins as a partner, having set up White & Case’s legal energy team in 2004. Prior to that he worked at Clifford Chance in Frankfurt, before joining the firm’s energy team in Duesseldorf in 2002.
